Cons”: Food for breakfast could have been better.

During my stay at Fred'Hotel, I had a small issue with the room I was initially assigned to. However, the front desk staff, specifically Ibrahim, went above and beyond to find a solution for me and my mother, who has mobility issues. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel promptly fixed the lift and offered us a temporary room on a lower floor. The central location of the hotel and its proximity to the Metro made it convenient for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff were also highlights of our stay.

I recently stayed at Fred'Hotel for a week during my vacation. The staff, especially the night shift employee, was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily to perfection. The hotel's location near multiple train networks made it easy for me to access all the sites I wanted to visit. The lobby also had a computer with internet connection available for use. The lounge area downstairs with a cozy fireplace allowed me to relax in the evenings, and I could bring my own food. The comfortable room and modern bathroom were a highlight, and I enjoyed reading books from the English and French bookshelf. a fantastic stay!

This hotel is a hidden gem! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a touch of charm, especially with the addition of the cozy sofa. We loved that it was located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Plus, having breakfast included was an added bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located in a calm and pleasant area, with shops and restaurants nearby. the metro station and bike rentals are also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. This was a big help and made our day of exploring much more enjoyable.

The room size was a bit small, but it was still comfortable enough for our stay. the shower enclosure and toilet were also quite compact, which could be a downside for some guests.

I stayed at this clean and cool hotel in a nice part of town with shops and restaurants around. Easy access to the metro and vélibs. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch for an early starter without time for breakfast. The staff was friendly and the room was new and tidy. The Nespresso machine and complimentary water were great. The breakfast had a good variety, and there were plenty of dining options nearby.
