The staff even upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The only slight downside was that the towels could have been fluffier, but they did make up for it by providing bathrobes and slippers, adding a touch of luxury.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise from other guests' rooms doors slamming shut.
