Great stay for a romantic escape. Room was cozy with a great view of the surrounding nature. The spa facilities were lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere and a variety of treatments offered. The restaurant offered fantastic food and drinks, with a wide selection of local ingredients. Convenient location for exploring the nearby attractions such as historic landmarks and local restaurants.

The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable throughout our stay. The staff was not very attentive to our needs and we had to repeatedly ask for things like fresh towels and room service.

A return celebration visit after several years did not disappoint. Wonderful experience, keepsake menus signed by Georges, outstanding Michelin-rated food.

Not one thing.

Arriving at this hotel, I felt like a VIP. The check-in staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and contained luxurious amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, a lovely marble bathroom with a fantastic rain shower and bathtub, and high-speed internet. Furthermore, the spa centre was a dream come true - the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and treatment room were exceptional. I indulged myself in a relaxing massage, which was delivered expertly by the highly-trained masseuse. The sun terrace and garden area were beautiful and perfect for unwinding.

While everything was excellent, the only negative aspect was breakfast. The breakfast room was crowded and started running out of food, and the staff didn't seem to keep up with the demand.
