Smoking section with tables available. Philip at the bar was the BEST. Amazing bartending skills, excellent customer service - 25/10 rating. Accommodating and attentive desk staff. Immaculate hotel decor and rooms. Indoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness center well-maintained. Fresh and delicious morning breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a short family trip. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the convenience of the pool. The staff, especially the person working during the night and morning shifts, provided excellent customer service. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and it was nice to have outdoor seating available. it was a pleasant stay and I would choose Hyatt Place again in the future.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, with some fantastic restaurants situated conveniently next door. I particularly enjoyed the upscale bakery that was within the side parking area. The rooms were in fantastic condition, with a nice view and baths available. I appreciated the attention to detail with the bath amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast served at 6:45am included different main dishes, and it was a great way to start the day.

I appreciated the hotel's location, which was in the center of a lovely area called Greenbrier. It was convenient to have so many shops and restaurants nearby, including a supermarket. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed using the indoor pool. The room was spacious and very clean. I also liked that breakfast was provided, although I didn't get a chance to try it due to the early hours.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast could have been extended by 30 minutes to an hour, as it was sometimes challenging to get the kids downstairs in time.
