The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access any kind of public transportation we could dream of. It is also central to everything in Lyon, including Vieux Lyon, where we could explore the historic sites, enjoy various restaurants, and even find the best deli nearby. The room we stayed in was generously sized and well-appointed, providing us with a comfortable and cozy space to relax. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

There was a noticeable noise from the inner courtyard, which could be disruptive at times.

The location couldn't have been better. Just a couple of minutes walk from a metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. Plus, it was easy to get to from the airport.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies served in the lobby, which were a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and popular holiday markets. the bed was really comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The room was tiny, cramped, and in need of a makeover. the shower was so small that I could barely move in it, and the water pressure was weak.
