I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in the center of Palm Springs. The location couldn't have been better, right across the casino. The staff at this hotel were fantastic - so friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed the pool area, it was well-maintained and inviting. this hotel provided exceptional service and enhanced comfort.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially the pool staff who went above and beyond to ensure a enjoyable experience.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just 2 blocks from downtown and next to the Palm casino. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and shops. The property also allows dogs, and we loved that we got a room next to the outside area for dog relief. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle drivers even dropped us off at restaurants when it was too hot to walk. The decor is modern and recently updated, and we appreciated the Starbucks coffee in the room. The amenities, such as the safe, white bathrobes, and ice bucket, were also nice touches.

We felt at ease during our stay, and the staff was always willing to help. No issues to report.

The breakfast and lunch at the restaurant were delicious, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The pool bar employees were the highlight of our stay, making the experience super fun and offering great drink recommendations. The hotel had all the facilities we expected from a typical Hilton hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the downtown attractions. The hotel was also close to a casino, adding to the convenience and entertainment options.

Speaking to some convention attendees, it was evident that the hotel is always fully booked on the same weekend every year, showing its popularity among guests.

The walls of the hotel are incredibly thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to easily disrupt your peace and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Palm Springs. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a prime spot that allowed us to easily explore the original charm of the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, having a balcony added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

Our room was upgraded, and we were pleasantly surprised with the view of the pool. We had a great time lounging by the pool and enjoying the bar service. We loved our experience at Hilton. we recommend this hotel.

The hotel restaurant's erratic hours or complete closure left us hungry and frustrated. the noisy garbage truck pick-up early in the morning made it hard to rest and relax.

The rooms have spacious balconies with chairs and the grounds are beautiful. The staff, including Michael, Emma, and Erric, are amazing and friendly. There is a deli within walking distance and the pool area is large. The location is good and there is a great place for breakfast nearby.
