The location was absolutely perfect! It was right across from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city and the region. , the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. I loved that they gave me a map of the city and were willing to store my luggage after check-out. The room itself was great, with a stunning view and beautiful lighting. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

While everything about the hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and unreliable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and conveniently located near metro and tram stops. This made it incredibly easy to explore and navigate around the area. the hotel staff provided excellent service when we were in a sticky situation and helped us arrange transport back to the hotel. It was a relief to know that we could rely on them for assistance.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been improved. The lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dim, making it difficult to see properly.
