The hotel oozes luxury with its gold and blue velvet reception and red velvet bedrooms. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with proper double beds. The central location on Place du Capitol is ideal for exploring the city. The staff, especially the restaurant staff, are friendly and attentive. Room 303 has a balcony that is perfect for painting and enjoying the fresh air.

Stayed for New Year's and had an amazing time. the hotel was situated in the heart of the city within walking distance of all the great restaurants and landmarks. Loved the fact that they offered complimentary champagne and snacks for New Year's Eve celebrations. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable.

The lighting in some of the rooms could have been better. We had trouble with the AC and ceiling fan not working properly, making the room a bit stuffy.

The location on Place de la Capitole was excellent. Following the advice of previous guests, we decided not to bring our car into the city. Instead, we dropped off our rental car at the airport on our last day and took taxis in and out of the city. Although this cost a bit more, it was definitely worth it to skip the aggravation. Taking the taxi into the city confirmed the wisdom of our choice! The hotel room was very comfortable with thick towels, lovely decor, and spacious rooms. We especially enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. Room 303 had a balcony which I used as my "Art Studio." It was the perfect place to paint with the table and chairs, fresh air, and lovely natural light. Each day, I would return from exploring and sketching the city of Toulouse, then sit on the balcony and add watercolors to my ink sketches in my journal. It was so relaxing. The hotel is also very centrally located to the main square in Toulouse.
