We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hidden gem in the heart of Paris. The staff at the Gran Hotel Dechampaigne were incredibly helpful and made our experience as a family truly memorable. A special shout-out to Raquel, the manager, who went above and beyond to provide us with guidance and assistance during our stay. She helped us with directions and recommended the best sightseeing tours for our children. We can't thank her enough for her genuine interest and enthusiasm!

In my wife's opinion, the only thing that could have been improved for families with children is the availability of more fresh salad options during breakfast. My kids wished there were more choices like tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, avocados, beetroot, and carrots.

The location couldn't be better, within walking distance of iconic attractions like the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Champs Elysees. The hotel itself had a charming Parisian décor and the rooms were clean and functional. The best part was the excellent water pressure in the shower and the comfortable beds. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we were able to leave our luggage there after check-out. a great stay at Grand Hotel Dechampaigne.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action. You'll feel safe even though it's tucked away in a narrow alley, and with the metro exit just next door, you'll have no trouble getting around. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms have a cosy feel to them - especially the ones with balconies. I stayed in a room with a little balcony and I loved it - it was a great touch. The bathroom was lovely, and the heater was a godsend in the cold weather. Breakfast was included, and while you have to pay extra for any hot options, the fresh bread was delicious.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, with easy walking distances to famous landmarks like Notre Dame, the Louvre, and Saint Michel. The convenience of being close to these attractions made exploring the city extremely enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including air conditioning, were a relief during our stay in the middle of summer. Despite the small size of the rooms, they had a cozy and cute atmosphere, reminiscent of the era of French kings.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the breakfast did not include any hot served items unless you paid extra. Although the choices of bread, fresh fruit, and hot drinks exceeded our expectations, we felt that the quality and quantity of the food provided was overpriced.

Close to city hall, Notre-Dame, and Île de la Cité, it was the perfect spot for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to send me my forgotten headphones. the room was clean and tidy, and despite some interesting tilted elements, the old fashioned decor added to its charm. it was a delightful experience at Grand Hotel Dechampaigne.
