what a letdown, i thought i woudl ve been treated like a king but my room had dirty bins filled with band-aids and hairs everywhere. staff ignored my requests, even after waiting for ages. i expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but instead got the standard treatment. just couldn't give a good review, although i almost considered it.

Conveniently located near Trosterud metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff stood out for their attentiveness, providing helpful local recommendations that enhanced the experience. Breakfast featured a great selection, especially enjoyed the sweet cakes and hot options available. However, the cancellation process proved frustrating, with charges applied despite following their cancellation guidelines.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with clear allergen info, which was super helpful for our vegan needs! But the air conditioning made it uncomfortable. Would definitely come back!

Rooms were spacious and comfy for our ski stopover. Easy access to public transport and a nearby grocery store made life easier. Plus, it's close to the airport shuttle—win!

But, darling, the charm was lacking—felt like being next to a highway was their idea of a scenic view! Not the best for wandering around, unless you fancy a gas station.
