Enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony with stunning Mont Blanc view. The meeting room is bright and spacious. The buffet lunch on the terrace was delightful.

My only gripe? No unicorns to ride around the hotel.

The service was amazing. The manager and her team were professional and attentive. The lobby was cozy and inviting. The breakfast and tea-time treats were delicious. The swimming pool was excellent.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Chamonix, with a stunning view of the river. It is close to everything, from great restaurants to charming shops. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and super comfy beds. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make your stay special. The spa facilities are fabulous, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby ski slopes.

The hotel's recommended restaurant had poor service and was overpriced.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Chamonix, I had the most amazing experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, surrounded by bustling activities, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and even went out of their way to assist with parking. I had a small health issue, and they promptly arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. The room itself was cozy and had a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, with the sound of the rushing river adding to the relaxation. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with housekeeping visiting twice a day. Breakfast was delicious, with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, meats, and cheeses. The spa area was a haven of relaxation, featuring a jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. my stay at this hotel was simply wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Convenient location near port and metro, with easy access to town center and lake. Beautiful decor with hand-painted walls. Fabulous room with balcony overlooking river and Mont Blanc. Delicious breakfast on outside terrace. Friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at a charming and lovely hotel in a perfect location. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. the hotel had a beautiful old-world aesthetic and our room offered stunning views of Mont Blanc. We enjoyed a fun-filled day exploring the area with our full-day pass. Aside from some choppy internet, everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, making us feel at home and well taken care of. We appreciated the complementary ski room which was conveniently located by the carpark. We enjoyed the hotel driver loading and unloading our skis throughout the day, making it easily accessible for us. the hotel's key location in the city center made it a perfect stay for our city break, allowing us to easily explore all the local attractions. the complementary breakfast was a great touch and was truly amazing.

The loud street noises outside our window at night disturbed our sleep.

A stay at this hotel is truly amazing. the staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, always wanting to ensure you have a great time. They even helped us with arranging our travel pass and gave us plenty of good tips on things to see and do. the sauna, steam room, and swimming pool were a pleasant surprise and a great way to unwind after a long day of hiking. the views from the hotel are simply breathtaking and the location couldn't be more perfect. We've already booked another stay because we enjoyed it so much!

On our recent stay at this hotel, we were blown away by the luxurious amenities provided. the spa and wellness center were top, notch, and the massage we received was truly rejuvenating. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and we also enjoyed the steam bath. the location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to restaurants and cafes. the room was well, appointed, with exclusive facilities and a sun terrace to lounge on.

The only minor issue we had was with the price of the breakfast. While it was delicious and varied, we found it to be overly expensive and opted to eat at local cafes instead.
