As a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff at Hilton Opera. The front desk manager, Elise, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent, providing an upgraded room and discounts on services. The comfort, value for money, and central location of the hotel made it a favorite for me in Paris. The breakfast buffet was also lovely.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the opera, brand-name shopping, and amazing food. The beautiful building maintained its old facade while offering sophisticated and well-designed rooms. The service was impeccable, the interior was stunning, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The room was equipped with convenient amenities like USB charger plugs and the bathroom had heated floors and great water pressure. a superb experience for us as guests with families.

The hotel was in a great location, close to major tourist attractions and easily accessible from the airport by train. Also, the service was excellent and we felt that we got good value for our money.

The rooms were on the smaller side and some of the furniture looked worn and old. Additionally, the executive lounge and offerings were poor compared to other hotels.

The hotel's location near Opera and Printemps, just outside the Saint Lazare station, makes it incredibly convenient for transportation and shopping. With plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, there are ample dining options.

For us, the hotel was ideal and we had no negative aspects to mention.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in a great location near Galleria Lafayette. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff, from the doormen to the concierge, were outstanding and made us feel like we were among friends. The hotel had excellent facilities and the petit dejeuner in the mezzanine lounge was not to be missed. a great hotel!

The hotel was in a key location, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.

There were some issues with communication, as promised texts and room updates were not received. Additionally, there were some miscommunications with room preferences, resulting in a less than satisfactory room setup.

Convenient location near Paris Nord Station and major department stores. Good subway access for exploring other shopping areas. Newly refurbished rooms with traditional design and spacious layout. Attentive staff, particularly the concierge service.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by helpful and professional staff. The location is perfect, just steps away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are stunning and offer a lot of comfort, making me feel right at home. The shower is a dream with great water pressure and options for a handheld or ceiling shower. I also loved the huge selection of food at the breakfast buffet, everything was cooked to perfection! I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

The staff at Hilton Paris Opera were friendly and helpful, especially the doorman and concierge. A couple of friendly employees in the executive lounge and women wait staff in lobby bar.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right by the metro and near the river. It was also in close proximity to many touristic sites. Additionally, being adjacent to St Lazares station made it very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food to choose from. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was right next to a train station, making it super convenient to travel around the city. I was able to walk to all the popular tourist attractions from here. The area was great, with easy access to bus and metro stations, as well as a shopping center. It really made my family vacation a wonderful experience.

The only downside I can think of is that some of the staff seemed a bit impolite. There was one instance where they were trying to upsell us, but thankfully that didn't work out.
