The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the Royal Albert Hall, museums, and the Gloucester Road tube station. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and get around. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were lovely and provided efficient service. the breakfast room was bright and modern, and we enjoyed the warm croissants that were freshly baked. the toiletries in the bathroom were of nice quality, and we appreciated the complimentary magazines in the room.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. there was not enough shower gel provided, which was inconvenient.

The staff at Melia London Kensington were incredibly helpful, especially Francisco and Clarence. We had a small issue with our room, but they quickly moved us to a spacious and comfortable room on the 4th floor. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the Gloucester Road tube station and close to many restaurants and museums. We also appreciated the safe in the room for storing our valuables. we had a great stay at Melia London Kensington and would highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, very close to a great underground stop that got me everywhere I wanted to be on the tube. It was also close enough to most of the main London sights. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. During our romantic escape, we had a comfortable stay at this West London hotel. the staff were friendly and the breakfast provided was excellent. We were pleased with the convenient location, as it was near a tube station and Hyde Park. the hotel also provided reliable Wi-Fi, which was a bonus.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, so the room was quite warm when we arrived.

The staff here were exceptional, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. They were always polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were particularly touched by their attention to detail, as they even emailed us about a forgotten item and ensured its safe return to us.

I had a wonderful stay at the Melia London Kensington as it was conveniently located near the tube and close to everything I needed. The front desk staff, especially the girl who checked me in, was extremely friendly and always ready to assist with a smile.

Although my second stay had some issues with housekeeping, as they accidentally threw away my running toe caps, the staff quickly resolved the issue and found them. It was a bit concerning that they had gone through my things, but overall, the staff was apologetic and helpful.

The tube station is right at Gloucester and it was so convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to provide us with excellent service. The room was newly decorated and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The temperature was perfect throughout our stay and there was no noise from the road outside. We were even greeted with a glass of cava at check-in, such a nice touch!
