The staff at Melia London Kensington were incredibly helpful, especially Francisco and Clarence. We had a small issue with our room, but they quickly moved us to a spacious and comfortable room on the 4th floor. I had a wonderful stay at the Melia London Kensington as it was conveniently located near the tube and close to everything I needed. The front desk staff, especially the girl who checked me in, was extremely friendly and always ready to assist with a smile.

Although my second stay had some issues with housekeeping, as they accidentally threw away my running toe caps, the staff quickly resolved the issue and found them. It was a bit concerning that they had gone through my things, but overall, the staff was apologetic and helpful.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is fantastic, right near a busy crossroads with confusing crossing locations, in a very nice area. The tube station is right at Gloucester and it was so convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to provide us with excellent service. The room was newly decorated and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The temperature was perfect throughout our stay and there was no noise from the road outside. We were even greeted with a glass of cava at check-in, such a nice touch!
