Inconsistent air conditioning left my room uncomfortable!!! The lobby area felt restricted due to renovations without prior notice!!! The breakfast area was poorly organized, leading to overcrowding and confusion during peak hours!!!

During my stay, I faced numerous challenges. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, leaving me uncomfortable during hot nights. Additionally, I experienced issues with housekeeping. my room was not cleaned properly, and I found dirty plates left behind. It felt especially frustrating as the staff's response to my concerns was less than adequate, leaving me feeling neglected.
