The staff at Pillow Inn Ubud are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. One particular staff member, Julija, was especially wonderful, always ensuring that everything was taken care of and providing exceptional service. The location of the hostel is also fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in Ubud. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the common areas provide a great space to relax and meet other travelers. we had a fantastic experience at Pillow Inn Ubud and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the center of town but not on the main street. Guests can easily walk to the Ubud market and other attractions. Furthermore, it is easy to arrange a reliable taxi to the airport from this hotel.

The breakfast offered at this hotel could be improved in terms of quality and price when compared to nearby restaurants that offer better meals at cheaper prices.

The toilet stalls and beds were slightly small and uncomfortable. However, the staff members were accommodating to my needs and were quick to rectify any problem.

The pools were a great way to relax and cool off in the hot weather. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. They even organized a fun family night which was a nice bonus. the location was perfect, close to the center of town making it easy to explore. Plus, the hostel had a cool and trendy vibe that added to the overall experience.

The top bunks were a bit tricky to get in and out of, and the toilets had a bit of a smell issue. It would have been nice to have more floor space in the room for easier access to lockers.

The hostel was conveniently located near the main road, making it easily accessible. Despite its proximity to the main road, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful my nights were. the staff, especially Julia and Ilonka, were amazing and made my birthday one to remember. They even surprised me with a cake!

The pricing of the hostel was a bit higher compared to other options in the area. However, considering the location and the overall experience, it was worth the extra cost.

Beds are private with mosquito nets. Big locker for bags, small one next to bed. Good wifi, rooftop bar. Helpful staff, can rent scooters and get cheap tickets and free shuttlebus. Great location!

Pillow Inn in Ubud was one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The vibe was great and it was easy to meet other solo travelers. The bar and pool were nice, and the food was delicious. Free yoga classes and tours were a bonus, and the lockers under the bed were spacious. The beds were comfortable and the cabins offered some privacy. The staff was welcoming and the hostel was clean and comfy, with a family-like atmosphere. The rooftop events and activities, like yoga and movie nights, were a highlight. The pool faced the beautiful rice fields.

Pillow Inn Ubud - the BEST hostel! Amazing variety of free activities, rooftop yoga, movie nights, live music, Sunday BBQ with unlimited cocktails. Affordable food, filling Breakfast set with healthy smoothie bowl or toast + eggs. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for solo travelers, great pool.
