We had a fantastic time at this charming hotel nestled in the vineyards of Coteaux d'Epernay. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and vineyards as far as the eye could see. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including a luxurious bathroom with a state-of-the-art shower. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from our room, overlooking the picturesque countryside. It truly felt like a hidden gem in the heart of nature.

One minor negative aspect was that there were limited outlets in the room, making it slightly inconvenient for us to use our hairdryer and straighteners.

My stay at the Hotel was fantastic! The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was particularly pleased with the attention to detail in my room. I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Vinay, France. The hotel was pet-friendly and provided a beautiful room with direct garden access for my dogs. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, even providing water bowls and a mat for my furry friends. The restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and a knowledgeable sommelier. The overall experience was worth every Euro spent.

There was a small area near the pool with no umbrellas for shade. Additionally, there was a lack of pool towels and no staff available to assist.

The cuisine is delicious and the wine list is amazing. the staff is friendly and professional. the rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. One of the rooms has a special treat in it. It is an excellent base to explore the Champagne region.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated. the spa is ok, but also a bit dated and not that luxurious.

The service at this hotel was not up to par. In the restaurant, we experienced long wait times and empty glasses for over 30 minutes, while others around us were served.

We got great value for our money, with spacious rooms and a luxurious yet homey atmosphere. The staff treated us with kindness and were always available to help us with anything we needed. The hotel's location was convenient and we enjoyed our stay overall.

the indoor swimming pool was heated, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to bask in the sun over cocktails from the bar/lounge area. A well, stocked restaurant with a fantastic ambiance completed our gastronomic journey. Special diet menus were also available on request.

Though everything was tip, top, we were unfortunately bothered by a few flies and midgies during our dining experience that the staff seemed oblivious to. Nonetheless, this hotel was top, notch and served all our luxurious needs adequately.
