I recently stayed at Zenseana Resort & Spa - Sha Plus and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Patong Beach and the bustling city center. The rooms were modern and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area and bar. The breakfast served was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I enjoyed my time at Zenseana Resort & Spa - Sha Plus and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with everything within a walking distance. Guests can easily access Patong beach and a nearby family mart for basic groceries. The rooms are comfortable and the staff provides great service. Guests also appreciate the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.

The walls and windows are not soundproof, leading to some noise disturbance from the main road.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed with their genuine smiles and greetings. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. I especially enjoyed the spacious lobby, the fantastic gym, and the clean swimming pool. The location is also great, being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offered a variety of different items every day, which was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking for water sports, delicious food, and vibrant bars. It is tucked away from the noise of Patong, but still within a short walk or tuk-tuk ride to most places. The hotel offers a nice view from the southern side, which is opposite the beach. Additionally, guests can enjoy tasty treats at the nearby Roti Patong.

The management of the hotel needs improvement.

The breakfast and facilities were excellent. Staff were very good. The hotel offered a wide range of choices for breakfast, including Halal options, and the menu changed daily. The facilities were top-notch, including a rooftop pool with a bar offering great happy hour deals. the staff were friendly and attentive, promptly addressing any issues that arose during our stay.

There were some problems in the rooms, such as faulty taps and ants, that required us to change rooms multiple times. While the hotel was generally well-maintained, it would be better if the management paid closer attention to room maintenance to ensure a hassle-free stay.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Patong beach but far enough to have some quiet. It is also conveniently close to a mosque, which may be positive for some guests who appreciate the cultural experience of hearing the call for prayer at early hours in the morning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big showers in the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts are delicious. Guests can enjoy the beautiful pool and bar area, and even post postcards at the front desk.

One negative aspect is the noise from the air conditioning in some rooms.

Modern aura, exceptionally clean and great smell. Pleasant staff, felt at home. Superb location, close to many restaurants. Shuttle to mall and beach, walking distance too. Would definitely stay again.

For the price we paid, we got great value at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed, including Bluetooth speakers. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main area. The staff, especially Bond at the bar, were friendly and made amazing cocktails. The tour desk and laundry service were also convenient additions.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

We had an amazing Christmas holiday at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary massages and a bottle of wine upon check-in. The location was perfect - not too far from the beach and close to many restaurants. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the variety of breakfast options.

The walls were thin, and we could hear the mosque next door and occasional door chimes throughout the day. some of the staff members had limited English proficiency, which made communication difficult at times.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional and met all our needs. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. The Spa and Wellness Centre was a highlight, as was the Sauna and Jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool was also a great addition, providing a perfect place to relax and cool off. The beach access was convenient and live entertainment was great.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The only downside was that the breakfast could have had a better variety of options.
