The hotel's breakfast had a good variety of food and the staff was very accommodating. The location was also convenient as it was near the train station and had easy access to nearby shops. The room had a nice view of the city skyline.

The hotel lacked soundproofing which made it difficult to sleep at night. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when you move.

This hotel in Lourdes truly exceeded our expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail in the clean and tastefully furnished interior was remarkable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, being within walking distance of the train station and the Grotto. We particularly loved our room on the 4th floor, which offered a wonderful view of the mountains and added to the overall charm of our experience. Lastly, the breakfast included was basic but satisfactory for light eaters like us.

All was fantastic, nothing could have been better.
