Stayed at a lovely hotel in Biarritz, the location was perfect! It was a short walk to the seafront and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff at Au Bon Coin were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent and spotlessly clean, and we loved having a terrace right next to it. the breakfast was the best we had during our trip, especially the pancakes.

We had a magical stay at this lovely hotel. the tasteful appointments and thoughtful staff made us feel truly welcomed. Every detail was treated with care, from the comfortable beds to the well-designed bathroom. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which was a delightful surprise. the owners, a husband and wife team, have recently refurbished the hotel to a high standard. They were friendly and provided excellent tips about the town and surrounding area. the breakfast with homemade breads and excellent coffee was a great way to start our day. the staff was also helpful with taxis, restaurant reservations, and touring suggestions. We look forward to another visit!

This hotel was a delightful surprise. The rooms were small but well-designed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail, especially in the bathrooms, was outstanding. Located in a quiet neighborhood just up the hill from the main area, it offered a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast with fresh fruit salad and outstanding croissants was the perfect start to the day.

The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and nice decorations. The staff provided great service and we appreciated the tea facilities in the room. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water. it was a delightful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel in a convenient location. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a distant sea view. The owners were welcoming and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay in this charming hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection of fruits, cakes, eggs, and more. the location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of the beach, city center, and all the shops we needed. We also appreciated the fact that our room was cleaned every day without us even noticing. It was a wonderful experience overall.

While the sound isolation between rooms was good, we did notice some noise from the hallway. At times, the closing of doors woke us up, especially when neighboring guests returned late at night.

The hotel is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood, but still very close to the center. It offers easy access to all the attractions in the city. The rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable, with real cotton sheets and great showers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers convenient facilities such as a kettle in the room.

There were some issues with noise from neighboring rooms, as the ventilation shafts seemed to be connected between rooms. Other than that, no significant negatives were reported by guests.

The croissants and coffee they gave for breakfast were tasty and free. the hotel was nearby the beach and town centre, making it easy to walk around. the staff were quite helpful at recommending nearby restaurants.

The room was too small for my liking, making it feel cramped, and the bathroom had a bad smell that wouldn't go away. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well, which made it uncomfortably hot during the day.
