The location was great, close to public transport and restaurants, and central to the vibrant suburb of Le Marais. The rooms were clean and the management was responsive and helpful. Easy access with codes for building entry.

I had an amazing stay at So Marais! the self-service aspect was a total game-changer, with keypads at the main entrance and room entrance. the proprietors were incredibly friendly and provided us with great recommendations for local sites and restaurants. They even helped us book a table at the fantastic veggie place BigLove. the suite room was absolutely fabulous, offering a mini room to myself instead of twin beds, which was perfect for our girl friends trip. the shared area downstairs was also a highlight, offering 24hr free coffee, tea, hot water, apples, madeleines. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful stay!

The value for money at So Marais was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was great, close to Notre Dame but on a quiet street, and the staff provided exceptional hospitality.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

I loved the self-service aspects of So Marais, from the keypad entry to the room to the 24-hour shared area with free coffee, tea, and snacks. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local sites and restaurants, including helping us book a table at the fantastic veggie place BigLove. The suite room was a real treat, offering plenty of space and privacy for our girl friends trip to Paris. And despite there being no elevator, the owner went out of their way to help us with our luggage. The location of the hotel is ideal, with a park and Marché des Enfants Rouges nearby, and easy access to public transportation for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and had a fresh scent.

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows too soft for my liking. The rooms were quite small for three people with luggage, and we only discovered on our last day that there was a room in the cellar where we could get coffee and tea.

Stayed at Hotel Au Coeur du Marais, had the pleasure of enjoying the free WiFi, convenient express check-in, and a lovely tour desk. Oh, and the nearest airport was just Paris-Orly, no biggie!

Just love staying in rooms with no toilet door, it's such a treat! Privacy is overrated anyway.

The coffee and croissants in the morning were a nice touch and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the room was cozy and the shower was great.

The "hotel" was not what we expected. the room was cramped with no place to sit besides the bed.

Self-service aspects, friendly proprietors, great recommendations, fabulous suite room, helpful owner, fabulous shared area.
