We stayed at Avancher for our recent trip to Val-d'Isere and had a fantastic experience. the room was spacious and comfortable, located on the ground floor with easy access. It had a double bed and a bunk bed, perfect for our family. the hotel also provided convenient parking right in front. the beds were incredibly comfortable, with large sizes and cozy duvets. the storage space was ample, and the overall decor of the room was lovely. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for hiking routes, restaurants, and shopping. We especially appreciated Fred's advice, which helped us make the most of our time in Val-d'Isere. the hotel's location was ideal, opposite ski hire and a supermarket, and just a stone's throw away from the ski bus stop. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel restaurant and loved the bar area and lounge seating by the fire. We would highly recommend Avancher and would gladly book here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and is very close to the main ski lifts, making it easy to access the slopes. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the restaurant, although not open for lunch or dinner during our stay, is highly recommended by other guests. The spa was clean and had a unique outdoor sauna with a stunning view of the mountain.

Exceptional Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Avancher. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, and the spa on the top floor was a great bonus. The bag store and changing area with showers for late departure were thoughtful additions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was recently built and everything looked brand new. the room had a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities which was perfect for enjoying a hot drink while admiring the gorgeous views of the mountains. the location was great, just a few steps away from the ski locker room making it easy to access from the street.

The walk to the ski lifts was a bit long and we had to take a crowded bus at times. Waiting for the bus in the cold was not very pleasant, but the hotel made up for it with their amazing spa area which we loved.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right next to the ski slopes, a ski hire shop, and even restaurants. It made everything so convenient. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They provided great service and were always ready to help. Finally, I loved the attention to detail in the rooms. The heated lockers for our equipment and individual lockable lockers with heated units for our boots were a great touch. The showers and changing facilities were also top-notch. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast options!

Avancher Hotel is a cozy and charming accommodation. the staff, especially Isabel and Frederic, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They assisted with our transfer and provided excellent advice. the room had a TV and the restaurant served delicious meals. the staff even made sure I had tea in the evening to enjoy in my room. the hotel exceeded its 3-star rating and I would highly recommend it. the spa facilities were relaxing and the underground parking was well-organized. a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful welcome after a long journey at Avancher. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the owner of the hotel, Fred, was fantastic and spoke excellent English. He gave us great suggestions for skiing and recommended delicious wines. the food at the hotel's restaurant was superb, both for dinner and breakfast. the hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere, and we would love to return and recommend it to others.
