The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Miri City and getting around easily. The security guard is attentive and ensures the safety of guests 24/7. The staff, including those at the front desk and room service, are friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms and toilets is impressive. The breakfast food is excellent, with continuous topping up of the dishes. The hotel is well-equipped with a gym and a pool, and is easily accessible from the first floor. The Christmas decorations on the ground floor add a festive touch. The parking area has easy access and additional security with a guard at the back door and in the basement. it feels safe for families with kids.

Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.

The menu was minimal and one of the eggs was rotten, which lost my appetite. Additionally, someone else also experienced the same issue and left their egg on the table. The restaurant had just opened, so it reflected poorly on the hotel's image.

The hotel is conveniently located near various shopping malls and supermarkets, making it easy to grab necessities or souvenirs. The rooms were clean and spacious, with helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was basic but acceptable for the price.

The parking system needs improvement, as the guests were not given priority over wedding guests. This caused inconvenience and frustration for paying customers trying to park their cars.

Accommodation staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet and restaurant staff were great. Gym was excellent. Quiet rooms with black-out curtains for comfortable sleep. Highly recommend.

Staying at this venue was a great decision. The location was convenient since it was nearer to the supermarket and shopping mall. The room amenities were fantastic including the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and the free toiletries. I loved how every staff member was friendly. Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor loungers were all perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The business centre was just splendid and the flat-screen tv was an added bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Couldn't stay longer.

Had a good breakfast and the hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle upon arrival. The hotel was conveniently located near my meeting venue. An added bonus was the lovely view from the rooftop pool area.

The front desk staff was not particularly welcoming or accommodating. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.
