The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy to walk to all the places of interest, restaurants, and more. Breakfast wasn't great, the room was too crowded for a comfortable eating experience, the setting was too loud, and it was often stressful in the mornings. the parking garage was also difficult for us to navigate, making it stressful just getting in and out.

From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and well taken care of. the rooms were comfortable with modern bathrooms, and the level of housekeeping was excellent. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We stayed at Best Western in La Rochelle for a few nights during our motorcycle tour. The hotel staff, especially Pierre, were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family. The location is convenient, being just a short walk from the railway station and town center. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and we appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, catering to different dietary preferences. it was a quiet and peaceful stay, and we felt refreshed each morning.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a spotlessly clean room, extra pillows, plenty of towels, and one of the comfiest beds we've slept in. The location was great, away from the noisy nightlife but still within walking distance of the port, bus stops, and train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing maps, restaurant suggestions, and even helping me find an optician when I broke my glasses.

The only thing that could have been better during breakfast was the positioning of the sink tap, which sprayed water in an uncomfortable area when turned on.
