The Hotel Carlton Mgallery in the heart of Lyon exceeded all my expectations. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, with designer stores and restaurants right on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The Junior suite I stayed in had a beautiful balcony with stunning views. The room was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. I felt completely at ease during my stay and would confidently say this is the best hotel I have ever experienced in terms of convenience and comfort.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel with excellent location between both rivers in this town, surrounded by a range of smart shops. The staff was outstanding, providing a welcome drink and personalized tours/ticket assistance. We enjoyed our room with great amenities such as soundproofed and spacious spaces including a sitting area, tea & coffee facilities, and a dressing area. We also loved the dining experience at the restaurant and leisure facilities including the turkish bath, spa centre, and massages.

The Hotel Carlton Lyon - Mgallery was a perfect choice for us, worth every penny. The building and location were stunning, and although our room was small, it was beautiful and functional. The staff, especially Julian, were friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. The complimentary lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch, especially after a long day of shopping. We were very satisfied with our stay!

The hotel was also conveniently located close to the city's underground light rail system, making it easy to explore further. Our stay at the Carlton Lyon - Mgallery Collection was absolutely delightful. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-sized bathroom. The windows in the bathroom let in plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location in the center of Lyon was perfect, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Lyon.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was close to all the main attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants. Another positive aspect was the beautiful old building that had been fully renovated. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were great. the staff was also quite nice and helpful. One advantage that I really enjoyed was the huge bathroom with a waterfall shower.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the price was quite high, which I didn't feel justified the quality of the room.
