Oh, the Spanish cuisine we found was just divine! The breakfast offered a delightful variety, from pancakes to biscuits and gravy — perfect for fueling our culinary explorations around town. Plus, the beds were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, making it really tough to wake up each morning!

However, I had a bit of a hiccup with the late check-out. After confirming a 2pm extension due to my teething baby's needs, I received a phone call the next day insisting we vacate. It was quite shocking, and the staff member was rude despite our loyalty. Such a shame amidst the otherwise stellar service!

During my stay, I encountered a frustrating situation at check-in. The clerk prioritized a phone call over assisting us, which delayed our check-in by a frustrating 15 minutes. Additionally, our room was not cleaned the next day, and I had to seek out towels late in the evening without any apology or acknowledgment from the staff.

I experienced a frustrating lack of communication regarding a 2 PM late checkout that I had confirmed the day before. The staff member who called was incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting there was no note of our request. It was downright shocking, especially after a generally pleasant stay where most staff were amazing. This really left a sour taste amid all the positive interactions I had.

Loved the comfy beds and enjoyed the blackout curtains. Breakfast was just great with a variety of options. The coffee & tea station was a nice touch! The pool area was clean and inviting, making it easy to unwind.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express & suites spring, woodlands area by ihg. the bed and pillows were super comfy, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. breakfast was fantastic. The location is right next to a water park, which was perfect for my family. the 24-hour gym had everything we needed too.
