Pros": The value for money at this budget hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with a short walk to the bus/train station and the sanctuary. The staff at Chalet Saint Louis were friendly and accommodating.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was conveniently situated close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the town center and railway station. We particularly enjoyed the direct access to a shared terrace from our room, where we could enjoy some private moments together. the cleanliness of the room was commendable, as it was kept tidy on a regular basis.

The temperature in the room. Due to heavy rains during our visit, the room felt quite cold and there were no heaters available.

staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. great location, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. loved the direct access to the shared terrace and the abundance of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. highly recommend for anyone visiting lourdes!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, with shops and restaurants nearby. It is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful environment for guests. The hotel is easily accessible, just down a steep hill and then turn left. The rooms are clean and basic, with a small en-suite toilet/shower that is more than adequate. The owner/Manager provides a warm welcome and the service is friendly and unobtrusive. Guests can enjoy an excellent Continental breakfast for a reasonable price.

Some noise disturbances from outside sources, such as bin men starting early in the morning.

I recently stayed at Chalet Saint Louis for 2 nights during my visit to the pilgrimage site. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk downhill from the train station and close to the viaduct bridge. The owner greeted me upon arrival and explained everything. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming retro vibe. The room was basic but clean, with towels provided. Despite being in a busy area, there was very little street noise. The staff was helpful and assisted me with printing tickets and storing my bag. Plus, the French breakfast was small but enjoyable, with a nice variety of tea flavors.

I do recommend this hotel.
