The rooms are elegant and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and provide nice perks such as free fruit baskets and sweets. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool is clean and safe for men.

The hotel's management seems to be lacking, causing some inconvenience to guests such as poor internet connection and repair work that disturbs guests' rest.

As business guests, we enjoyed the generous upgrade to a junior suite offered by Mr. Hussein. The bed was comfortable and the room size was good. The breakfast buffet was very good and we appreciated the fresh fruit platter left in our room by housekeeping. The pool area was fantastic, with candlelit lanterns creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere at night. The staff were excellent, trying their best to troubleshoot any issues we faced and providing great service. We also liked the location, as it was close to a supermarket and other amenities. Getting taxis from the front of the hotel was easy.

I had a great Easter break at a hotel in an amazing location close to many key attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with the two complementary facts offered which really made me feel valued as a guest. the hotel also had wonderful facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up some sun.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. There was also some noise from outside which made it hard to sleep at times.

The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and the junior suite I booked had a comfortable bed. The hotel definitely provided value for money, and the location was decent. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed me to check out at 5.00 p.m. instead of the usual time, as my flight was at 7.00 p.m. a positive experience at the Grand Plaza Hotel.
