I stayed at a modernised hotel close to Gare de Lyon for 2 days. The room on the 6th floor had a tiny balcony with views over the main street and Hausmannesque Parisian buildings. It was high enough to sleep with the window open and the comfy bed helped us get back to sleep after a few late night rowdies. The functional room had a shower/bath, silent windows, and air conditioning. The staff was very supportive, helpful, and in a good mood. The location was perfect, close to the metro station and bus stops, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a bakery nearby.

Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Gare de Lyon, great for backpackers. Delicious eateries on the same street. Friendly staff and easy check-in/out process.
