I really enjoyed my recent stay at Aptel East. The rooms were nicely decorated and had great facilities like a microwave, toaster, fridge, and sink in the kitchen area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room even had a small outside terrace with a table and chairs. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

While the hotel itself was great, the area surrounding it may not be ideal for everyone. the lack of storage in the bathroom was frustrating, and the room could have used more pillows for added comfort.

Noisy room due to busy road.

aptel east was a delightful surprise. despite the rough location, we felt safe and enjoyed easy access to the city center. the rooms were clean, beds super comfy, and amenities were great. the staff provided exceptional service and even gave us insider recommendations. we loved our stay and would definitely return.

No fresh air due to no window.

We had an amazing stay at Aptel East! The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The big windows in our room provided a lot of natural light. We really appreciated the kitchenette, which was very useful during our stay. The location was convenient, with tube stations close by that made it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Keith, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were friendly and always available to help with any requests. The availability of a luggage room was a great convenience. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the air fan noise and the lack of some typical hotel amenities, overall we had a wonderful experience at Aptel East. We highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay here again on our future visits to the city!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was ideal as it was just a stone's throw away from White Chapel station. This made it super convenient to explore the center of London. Secondly, the staff were amazing - friendly, informative, and professional. They made check-in and check-out a breeze. Lastly, the room itself was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a nice touch. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the value for money.

The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay, offering services such as document printing. In addition, the room features a small kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a refreshing shower. Guests can also enjoy a view of The Shard from certain rooms.

One minor drawback was the noise from the air fan in the room, which couldn't be turned off during the night, causing some disturbance to sleep.
