The location of D'Alsace is really good. It is next to Gare du l'est and 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Opera is also walkable, and there are lots of places to eat in the area. the staff seemed nice and the blackout blinds in the room ensured that I could get some sleep. the shower was also lovely.

The hotel had pleasant staff, clean rooms, and a daily cleaning service. Convenient breakfast hours from 7-10 am. Close to metro and bus stations. Nearby restaurants and bars, including fast-food options. Grocery shops open at night located nearby.

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations and didn't have a fan or air conditioning, the manager kindly gave us a room with a terrace so we could open it for fresh air. it was not the best experience, but the location was convenient to many other hotels in the area.

The staff was jaw-droppingly accommodating, helping us find a taxi when ours didn't show up. There were fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, including fast-food options. We were in awe of the 24-hour reception and the convenience of luggage storage. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The electric kettle in the room was a game-changer, allowing us to make hot beverages whenever we wanted. The express check-in/-out made our stay even more hassle-free. It was impressive that they had a lift, although we preferred the stairs. The fact that no pets were allowed ensured a peaceful and comfortable environment. The air conditioning was a savior during hot days, and the non-smoking rooms guaranteed a fresh atmosphere. our stay at this place was fantastic!

The staff at Hotel D'Alsace went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. When I mentioned that I was unable to use the tiny lift due to its size, they immediately accommodated me with a room on a lower floor. They were attentive and helpful throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our weekend stay was quite pleasant. We were impressed with the location, which was conveniently near the train station, making it easy to travel around the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a good value for the price we paid. we appreciated the fact that there was free Wi-Fi available in the lobby area.

The hotel was a great value for money, especially for people in their 20s looking for a reasonably priced room in a central location. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, with great water pressure in the shower. The staff were polite, helpful, and able to speak enough English to assist with our needs. Additionally, the hotel offered the convenience of storing our bags after check-out, allowing us to continue exploring the city before our flight.
