I had a wonderful Christmas stay in this hotel! As soon as I entered the premises, I was warmly greeted by staff and offered complimentary drinks. the hotel's location was ideal; it's just a few steps away from the metro and there's a grocery store nearby. Plus, I enjoyed the view of the city from my room.

Although my stay was great overall, there were a few things that I disliked. the bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were too firm.

In just 15 minutes, I could reach all the main attractions on Line 1. The hotel itself had a charming character, especially with its lovely little staircase. The room was small but very comfortable, with a kettle and tea/coffee available. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were top-notch, and there were plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby.
