This hotel is perfectly situated in front of a covered gallery, which unfortunately makes every sound resonate, even with the windows closed. However, it is close to everything and just a few steps away from Rembrandt Square with its lively bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right beside a beautiful canal, offering a pleasant view. The rooms are functional and have good bathrooms with heating. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and filling, providing a great start to the day.

The steep staircase to the rooms can be challenging, especially for those with large luggage or disabilities.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to many restaurants and cafes. the staff was very friendly and helpful, even loaning a phone charger for us. the breakfast included was a la carte and very delicious. we enjoyed the complimentary drinks upon arrival, a great touch!

The stairs were very steep and could be difficult for some people, especially elderly guests. the heaters in the room didn't work very well but the temperature was still okay.

We had a remarkable stay at Bitterbal. Our room, which was perfect for four people, was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. the bathroom was also exceptionally large, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. We were delighted to find complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge, and the highlight of our stay was the wonderful complementary breakfast. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our time here.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, there was a tram service right outside the hotel, making it accessible for those with physical handicaps.
