The customer service provided by Alain at the front desk was exceptional, especially during the heatwave when we were greeted with refreshing iced juice and had our bags delivered to our room. The courtyard garden is a delightful addition. The spa, particularly the sensory shower, was a standout feature that I wish more spas had. The staff was friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better - just 30 seconds from the center, port, and beach.
