Great location, 10 min walk from Louvre and near metro stations. Safe to walk at night. Small rooms but well-equipped with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Nice options for breakfast.

We absolutely loved the location of Hotel Du Lion D'Or. It was conveniently situated near all the historical sites, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel was also close to a local grocery store, which made it convenient for our stay. The staff, especially Mariam at the front desk, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with directions and even showed us how to use the cappuccino machine. the location and helpfulness of the staff made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed in a hotel that was literally close to everything, with the Louvre just a short walk away. The location was in a very safe neighborhood, and there were plenty of decent restaurants nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and had nice extras like tea and coffee sachets. The reception staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay enjoyable.

One negative aspect was the size of the lift, which could only accommodate one person at a time with luggage.

The complimentary slippers and robes were a nice touch as well as the free breakfast. the hotel was located within walking distance to all major tourist attractions and shopping stores. I enjoyed the view from my room's balcony as it overlooks a picturesque street.
