our recent stay at the heart of Annecy was perfect. Du Palais De L'Isle exceeded our expectations with its superb location near the lake, friendly staff, and clean rooms. We had a brilliant time and would definitely return.

The location was absolutely incredible, just a one minute walk from the Palais des Isles. We could easily walk to all the must-see places in the city. The room was spacious with a great view of the canal and the lake. The staff at the reception were really kind and helpful. The price was worth it and we would definitely recommend it. The hotel also had parking options available at a discounted rate. our stay at this hotel was fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at Du Palais De L'Isle in the heart of Annecy. the newly renovated hotel has a stylish and comfortable maritime-style decor. Our spacious room had plenty of windows and a lovely balcony overlooking the main canal. Despite the aircon being out of order, the staff went above and beyond to apologize and even treated us to a free breakfast served on our balcony. the location is unbeatable, allowing for easy access to all the must-see places in Annecy.

Beautifully renovated and stylish rooms, with spacious balconies overlooking the canal. Appreciated the gesture of a free breakfast served on the balcony.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of town within walking distance to everything. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are kept clean, with views of the castle. The breakfast is fantastic and offers local delicacies.

The location was superb with great views and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. They offered two complimentary services which was a nice touch. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience during our Christmas stay. the heating in the room was inadequate and we were freezing during the night.

The hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of the old town, right by the canal. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are excellent, with Rituals toiletries provided. The staff are attentive and charming, making for a pleasant stay. Lovely little hotel right in the heart of the action. The reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but comfortable, equipped with air conditioning. The double-paned windows kept the street noise out, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The outstanding location was a stone's throw away from the lake, the chateau, and numerous restaurants. Despite the hotel's slightly dated exterior, the interior was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast option was good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms.
