Mr. Tom, the concierge staff, was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging local site visits. The front desk staff, particularly Khun Dew, provided us with a nice sea view room and a comfortable bed. The hotel has convenient amenities like a 24-hour 7-11 shop on the first floor, and it is within walking distance of Terminal 21 department store. The hotel offers promotions like buy 1 get 1 free drinks during happy hour.

This was my fourth stay at Holiday Inn and, as always, it did not disappoint. The view from the room was excellent and the hotel itself had a nice swimming pool. It's definitely a kids-friendly hotel, which is a plus. The staff graciously accommodated our early check-in. Getting around was easy with shared tuk tuks charging only 10 baht per person. The nearby Central Festival Mall and Terminal 21 were convenient for shopping. We also enjoyed massages just two buildings away. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with breathtaking views. The kids area and infinity pool were a hit.

Het hotel had uitstekende faciliteiten, zoals een algemene ruimte en keuken waarin we 's avonds gebruik konden maken. Daarnaast was de locatie ideaal, op loopafstand van het centrum van de stad. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met een ruime keuze aan lekkere producten. Tot slot was het personeel vriendelijk en klantgericht. We hebben echt genoten en zullen zeker terugkomen. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a balcony to enjoy the view. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I loved being able to relax at the outdoor swimming pool. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus!
