The staff were fabulous and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, with a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hotel provided great facilities and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and excellent service.

The location of this hotel is really great, very central and close to all the main attractions. the staff were also friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Another positive aspect of this hotel was the toiletries provided in the room, they were high-quality and plentiful.

The thermostat seemed to be malfunctioning, and we were not able to turn the heating down. This resulted in the room becoming uncomfortably warm, causing us to turn off the radiator and open the window.
