The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable, and the room was soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services, making my stay hassle-free. Additionally, the staff provided tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for me to explore the city.

Although this hotel is a great choice for couples on a weekend getaway, I would not recommend it for families. The rooms are cozy but not spacious enough to accommodate a family comfortably.

The location is perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still in the heart of Paris. The staff, especially Ophelie and Florence at the front desk, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Recently we stayed at a hotel in Paris for three nights on a city break. We relied heavily on the Metro to get around, and luckily the hotel was perfectly situated just a five-minute walk from the nearest Metro station. This made our daily commuting stress-free and convenient. As students on a budget, we were looking for an affordable hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money we received.

Although our stay was mostly fantastic, we did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom. The shower tended to flood the room if we used it at full power for an extended period of time.

Our room was on the smaller side and lacked a comfortable seating area. Plus, the noise level from the street made it difficult to sleep soundly at night.
