The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable, and the room was soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services, making my stay hassle-free. Additionally, the staff provided tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for me to explore the city.

Although this hotel is a great choice for couples on a weekend getaway, I would not recommend it for families. The rooms are cozy but not spacious enough to accommodate a family comfortably.
