I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chamonix. the location was fantastic as it was right in the center of town, next to a canal where water flows from the mountains. It was easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful views. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a balcony for enjoying the stunning views of Chamonix. Lastly, the breakfast offered a delicious selection, including bacon and scrambled eggs, which fueled me up for a day of skiing.

The breakfast was great - lots to choose from, including delicious juices and coffees. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcome. the location was spot on, close to the town centre and within easy reach of attractions. We also appreciated the lovely view from the balcony, which added to the overall experience.

The shower screen wasn't flush with the bath, causing water to build up on the floor. the hotel could have done with more soundproofing, as we could hear noises from other guests and the street outside.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for restaurants, ski buses, and the cable car. The staff is very helpful, even assisting with ski passes and providing information about ski areas. The rooms are stylish and cozy with comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast is delicious and perfect for a day of outdoor activities. The hotel has a small parking lot and offers the convenience of moving guests' cars.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating desk personnel. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Loved the balcony. Close to bus station. Close to good restaurants. They allowed us to store extra luggage while we completed TMB trek. As a disabled guest, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient and the amenities provided were great.

This hotel is ideally located next to a beautiful river, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views of the mountains. It is also conveniently situated near the cable car, making it easy to access the slopes. Additionally, the hotel is in the center of town, close to restaurants and shops. Guests can easily reach the bus stop from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly staff that provided excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is unreliable and often unusable.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the personalized service and attention to detail. Bautiste went above and beyond to assist us, from personally escorting us to the hotel to opening their restaurant just for us. The staff extended breakfast hours for us and the meals were delicious. The hotel was clean, attractive, and had beautiful views from our balcony. Bautiste and his uncle even helped us map a route to the airport. The overall experience was magical and surpassed our previous hotel stays in London.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

We loved the spacious breakfast area, bar, and lobby, offering a delightful start to our day. The hotel's excellent location, close to the center of town with the river flowing in the background, made it easy for us to explore the area. Moreover, the proximity to the cable car allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The friendly and helpful staff added a warm touch to our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
