the hotel was charming, staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the area was quiet and not too touristy, which was a great plus.

The hotel is located in the center, within walking distance of the city centre and very close to a metro stop. It is right next to a metro station which will connect you to all the main sights in the city centre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere and is situated on a lovely quiet street.

Some guests experienced less friendly and helpful service from one of the receptionists.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the metro and train stations, making it easy to move around the city. The breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. Besides, the staff was kind and accommodating. DISLIKES: Unfortunately, the room was too small to be comfortable, and it wasn't well maintained. The bathroom was tiny, and there was little room to move around. Additionally, the walls were too thin, and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. while the hotel had some good points, I wouldn't stay here again due to the negative aspects.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet location of this family-run hotel in Paris. The good bed mattress ensured a comfortable night's sleep, and the friendly proprietor provided excellent advice, even helping me with a hardware problem on my laptop. The hotel has maintained its French character and flair, and the decor throughout is aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the good pt dejeuner and reliable wifi were other amenities that stood out during my stay.

the decor throughout the hotel is stunning, with a great sense of style and design. the rooms are spacious and I had a beautiful view of Paris' rooftops. the location is convenient, just steps away from a metro station and a short walk to Place d'Italie. the breakfast options were perfect, with a choice between a small breakfast or a full buffet. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful decor and excellent service.
