This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away on the main pedestrianised street of sleepy Cognac. Its central location makes it perfect for exploring the town and it's just a short stroll to all the major attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms, although without air-conditioning, are spacious and come with an extra wide bed which was a welcome surprise. The wifi connection is excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. And let's not forget the breakfast - the freshly baked croissants were simply divine.

Absolutely nothing

We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Heritage. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cognac and close to all the famous cognac tasting houses. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a bar where we could explore different cognac options. The complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Heritage.

The room at Heritage was a lovely surprise - larger and brighter than expected. Overlooking the courtyard, it provided a quiet and enjoyable stay. Located in the historic part of town, it was convenient for exploring and had plenty of nearby eateries. the staff, especially Louise and Sarah, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting with arranging a Cognac tour and secure parking. the modern room was comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. the central location and vibrant atmosphere of Cognac added to the overall experience. Liked the artistic charm of the hotel and its central location, perfect for exploring the city center and nearby distilleries. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our Christmas stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful decorations and the comfortable rooms, which were clean, colorful, and had a hint of character.

Disliked the lack of parking facilities, which forced us to park our car at a Town Hall/Post Office area, which was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. the breakfast was poor in quality and value, so we opted to have breakfast at a nearby café instead.

We stayed at Heritage for a few days and had a fantastic time. The staff, especially Louise and Sarah, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a great bathroom and shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with a great vibe. The Hennesy Cognac tour was a highlight, just a short walk away. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel and the breakfast was plentiful. We would definitely return to Heritage when passing through. Thank you to Louise and the entire team for a wonderful stay.
