Very cosy and welcoming French hotel with a warm atmosphere. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the gondola and rental shops. Although the breakfast was basic, there were plenty of dining options in the village. the leisure/tv room provided a relaxing escape, and nearby landmarks like Panthiaz Ski Lift and Lac de Vonnes offered great family bonding experiences.

Great location, only a short walk to the gondola and nearby ski hire shops. Warm and cozy hotel, perfect for a winter stay. Friendly and accommodating staff, including the host Michele. Convenient ski locker room and good showers for post-ski relaxation. Continental breakfast with the option of cooked eggs and bacon upon request.

Felt spoiled, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

We got great value for our money at Hotel L'Edelweiss. The room was comfortable and clean, with easy temperature control and fast wifi. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the center and ski buses. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to answer our questions.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more variety in the options available.

The team at Hotel L'Edelweiss was incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. We especially appreciated their help with storing our ski equipment in the locker room. After a long day of skiing, the hot showers were a refreshing treat. The hotel's location, just a short 5-minute walk from Super Chatel and various restaurants in Chatel, was extremely convenient. And having parking available at the hotel was a bonus.
