I had a fantastic stay at a great value boutique hotel in a charming street close to the old town. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, even allowing my small dog to join me. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and local produce. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning during a hot night, but the free standing fan provided some relief. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, excellent service, and great location.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They personally escorted us to our room and gave us a tour of all the facilities. the level of service was exceptional, especially when we had a problem with our car. Eric, the hotel owner, was an absolute star in assisting us, making calls and finding a solution. the homemade yoghurt and jams, particularly the apricot and lavender, were superb. a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was mind-blowing, with homemade jam, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The welcome from Eric, the owner and jam maker, was super friendly and informative. The bed was comfortable and quiet, overlooking the garden. The decor was tasteful, modern, and fresh. The staff were always extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The breakfast had a jaw-dropping variety, with homemade jams and yoghurts that were out of this world. The rooms were clean and cosy, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The central heating worked well, keeping us warm in freezing weather. The hotel's location was ideal, with good restaurants and historic buildings within walking distance. The breakfasts were excellent value for money. And above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

our second stay in villeneuve-sur-lot was even better than the last. la residence truly impressed us with their delicious homemade breakfast and friendly owner. the cozy rooms and beautiful garden view made our stay unforgettable.
