The room was cozy and had a lovely antique feel, making me feel right at home. the comfy bed and spacious layout were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Ballina.

Personally, I found the noise from the main corridor and balcony a bit distracting.

The staff at the Ballina Heritage Motel were pleasant, and the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the bathroom had a persistent noise, the locks were unreliable, and the pricing seemed high compared to a luxury hotel stay. Parking was tight, and the A/C was noisy and ineffective. Despite these flaws, the motel's central location was convenient for exploring the town.

As an environmental scientist and surfer, I appreciate the eco-efforts at Ballina Heritage Inn in Ballina. the cozy room had an antique charm, though the spa bath needed cleaning. Despite a stormy arrival, the location and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. With some updates, it could truly shine.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was perfect, situated in the centre but only a few minutes from the airport. It was in a high traffic area, making it convenient for us to explore the city. We were also delighted to find an excellent French restaurant down the road, which added to the overall appeal of the area.

Dive into a delicious world of Thai wonders, with Raamons Dial, A, Pizza calling your name for a quick, tasty bite. Not to mention the warm hospitality of Brendan and Erin during the recent floods, solidifying Heritage Inn as your top Ballina spot. Comfortable rooms, well, equipped with little treats, add to the charm. And who can resist the convenience of being steps away from the vibrant Ballina RSL?

The staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in when we urgently needed to attend a funeral. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. the quiet ambiance made for a peaceful stay, and the check-in process was efficient.

The hotel had a great location in town near the river, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. It was close to everything that we wanted, including restaurants along the foreshore. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected.

The lights in the main room were a bit dull, which made it difficult to see at times.

The location was perfect, with the hotel being just opposite the Ballina RSL and a short walk from local shops. The room I booked was a double room and it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities included air conditioning, breakfast facilities, a kettle, and a toaster. Parking was a little tight, but street parking was available nearby. Despite arriving later than expected, check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely be returning.
