the spa could use more space, and airport transfer issues marred my departure. But the warm staff, beautiful room, and superb ski concierge more than made up for it. the French restaurant, decor, and bowling alley were highlights. A stay I won't forget! .

Sleeping with the balcony open was a delight, especially with the constant sound of street bins and snowing gritters. So soothing!

The fitness center was as well-equipped as a superhero's secret lair, and the hot tub felt like soaking in a cauldron of relaxation. the buffet breakfast was a feast fit for a king, making us feel like royalty.

Inconsistent room service.

Lovely decor and great location. Friendly staff, with sweet treats left by cleaners each night. Helpful ski hire team, warm boots in the morning. Excellent attention to detail, pool and sauna relaxing, kids enjoyed games room.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the friendly and attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight with a range of treatments including massages, body wraps, and facials. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also top-notch, and the sun terrace provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. the restaurant was exceptional with a variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

this did not detract from the overall experience.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. the hotel was also conveniently located near the ski slopes, which made it easy to get to and from the mountain. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

There were a few things that detracted from our experience. the shower doors were missing, which made it difficult to keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor.

The location of the hotel is perfect for ski enthusiasts as it offers easy access to the slopes. The spacious and modern rooms provide a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including a delicious smoked salmon offer. the spa is a relaxing amenity enjoyed by guests.
