Sleeping with the balcony open was a delight, especially with the constant sound of street bins and snowing gritters. So soothing!

Lovely decor and great location. Friendly staff, with sweet treats left by cleaners each night. Helpful ski hire team, warm boots in the morning. Excellent attention to detail, pool and sauna relaxing, kids enjoyed games room.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The friendly and attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight with a range of treatments including massages, body wraps, and facials. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were also top-notch, and the sun terrace provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. The restaurant was exceptional with a variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The only minor issue during my stay was the noise level outside my room in the early morning. However, this did not detract from the overall experience.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel was also conveniently located near the ski slopes, which made it easy to get to and from the mountain. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

There were a few things that detracted from our experience. The shower doors were missing, which made it difficult to keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor.
