The hotel had a beautiful grassed area near the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff, despite their limited English, were very helpful and made us feel at home. This hotel had a great location and a nice pool. It was also reasonably priced for the holiday season.

We could hear every noise from the adjacent room, making it almost impossible to sleep. the staff were not particularly friendly either.

I was initially given a room with an adjacent smoking area, but the staff quickly addressed my concern and found me a more suitable room. The layout of the bedrooms with private sitting areas at the rear is a nice touch. The onsite restaurant is convenient and offers tasty food. Despite being close to the airport, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. I had a comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel Le Paradou Avignon Sud.
