My family of four had a truly relaxing winter getaway at this hotel. Our cozy room and updated bathroom provided the perfect respite after long days on the slopes. We especially enjoyed the loft where we played games and enjoyed snacks during the snowstorm. The ski room made it convenient to access our gear and hit the slopes right from the hotel. The sauna was a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The location was ideal, with easy parking and close proximity to everything we needed. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a winter retreat.

I had a fantastic stay at Le Refuge! the room was incredibly comfortable with plenty of space and had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who spoke English. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of local cheeses, cold meats, delicious breads, and even a cooked breakfast option. I also loved the additional amenities like the bar on the top floor with a great view, the billiard room, and the sauna and spa facilities. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the activities in the resort.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the center. We loved that it was right on the ski slopes, making it super convenient for us to hit the slopes each day. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the ski room with lockable lockers and boot warmers. This made storing our skiing equipment hassle-free. Additionally, the staff were pleasant and helpful, providing us with great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and its proximity to everything in this city.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay at a cozy hotel in a ski-in, ski-out location just steps away from the lifts. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always happy to provide suggestions on where to eat and what to do. the breakfast selection was superb with plenty of variety, including hot items like eggs and bacon. the spa facilities were also a highlight of the trip, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

While the room was comfortable and well-equipped, the view from the balcony left something to be desired, with snow that hadn't been cleared yet. the boot warmer situation could be improved, as there weren't always enough available for all guests.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel in the center of Le Lac. The location couldn't have been better, with ski lift entrances visible from my room window. Le Lac itself is a charming destination with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The food at the restaurant in the same building as the hotel was outstanding. What truly impressed me the most was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, including buying ski passes in advance and arranging discounted equipment rentals nearby. Even during the days when the ski lifts were closed due to bad weather, the staff managed to secure us a partial refund from the ski lift company. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The daily housekeeping was top-notch, and the towels were changed whenever we requested. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, ensuring that we never got bored during our week-long stay. The hotel also had a lovely spa with hot tubs, saunas, and a steam room for ultimate relaxation. I can't recommend this hotel enough - it exceeded all of my expectations!
