We had a frustrating experience at the hotel when the fuse blew and we were left without electricity for the entire night. The receptionist was unapologetic and seemed oblivious to the seriousness of the situation. However, I must mention that the manager did eventually offer a full refund for our stay, which was a positive outcome.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Regina! the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from Gare de Nord, and we could even see Gare de l'Est from our window. Despite some renovations happening at the hotel, everything was spotless and we were not disturbed by any noise. the room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, even with our limited French. They spoke excellent English when our French failed us. the optional breakfast was a great value at €7 and there were plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

It would have been great if the Wi-Fi was accessible in the rooms, rather than just in the lobby. the small entrance and lift were a bit inconvenient, but manageable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Little Regina for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to Gare de l'Est and within walking distance of Gare du Nord. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore both inside and outside of the city. The view from the hotel room overlooking the beautiful building of Gare de l'Est was stunning. The rooms were surprisingly well sound-proofed and the bed was comfortable. The staff, especially Isa at reception, were attentive, helpful, and cheerful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
